Faculty Development Initiatives

Faculty Development Initiatives: Academic Affairs provides faculty opportunities for continuous development in areas relevant to their roles, including: integrating technology into the classroom, improving student engagement, assessing student learning, serving on faculty search committees, classroom safety, and other topics that create and support robust environments for teaching, learning and discovery.

Additionally, Academic Affairs provides a series of seminars to orient new faculty to the university community, leadership enhancement workshops, and opportunities for faculty to participate in learning communities through "Teaching Circles."
