Check in time is 12:00 p.m. and check out time is 10:00 a.m. Keys should be picked up in the office of Resources Management, located in Whitfield Hall between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. If you are arriving after normal office hours, keys can be left for you at the front Guard Gate.

The rental fee must be paid two weeks prior to the scheduled event or the reservation will be voided. Refunds will be issued only if the reservation is canceled 72 hours before the event. Deposits are non-refundable.
