Immunization Information

For admission into the University the student must show proof of:
  • two doses of measles vaccines or proof of immunity
  • one dose of rubella or proof of immunity
  • one rubeola vaccine or proof of immunity
  • a physicians note must be provided if allergic to any of the above vaccines
For admission into the RN/BSN Upgrade the student must show additional proof of :

  • TB Skin Test
  • Hepatitis Vaccine or proof of immunity
