Audition Information:
Prospective students must be admitted to the university prior to the audition date. Students must audition to be considered for a Music Scholarship. The audition dates listed above are for students who want to major in Music Education, Music Therapy, or General Music. Auditions for choral ensembles happen at the beginning of every semester.
Audition repertoire:
- Performance of two selections in contrasting style from memory
- Sight reading an example chosen by the music faculty
Students should download and complete the Scholarship Audition Form, and return it to Dr. Julia Mortyakova. Students may email or mail the Scholarship Audition Form to Dr. Mortyakova. The Scholarship Audition Form must be received one week prior to the audition date.
